As a player, coach, teacher, and parent, GESP founder, Matt Kokoszka molded his career perfectly to develop this organization. As a young player, he first set foot on the field as a natural and remained a premier performer at every level of play all the way forward – from travel leagues to Olympic Development through college, where he finished with an NCAA championship title and a Bachelors of Science from St. Lawrence University. 

As a student, Coach Kokozka excelled in science, a subject he would later teach. In fact, it was during his time as a student at Choate Rosemary Hall, that he developed a truly deep appreciation for private education and prep school athletics. There his passion for education and youth sports grew to match his enthusiasm for playing and it was only a matter of time that he would parlay that education as a teacher himself. Coach Kokoszka’s commitments on the field, in the classroom, and at home with his two boys began to really come together once he began coaching and teaching simultaneously at Kiski.

It was there he began to fill the opportunity gap for young players around the world with knowledgable and passionate support, on the field, in the classroom, and in life. Now, equipped with spot-on experience and like-minded partners around the world, Coach Kokoszka looks to offer a connected global perspective along with the best academic and athletic opportunities to young soccer players everywhere.

Entrepreneur by nature and passionate about sports. After 4 years living and working as an engineer in Charlotte NC, in 2012 Jose decided to return to Spain and found 'deaquiparafuera SL' to help young students fulfill their dream of studying and playing a sport in American universities with scholarships. In 2018 after meeting Matt Kokozska, they decided to go ahead and found GESP with their experience and knowledge to help kids from all over the world to study and play in Boarding Schools.

Having over 10 years experience in the International and Day Boarding Schools as a Director of Admissions, and Assistant Director of admissions I bring many years of knowledge to assisting you, and your families in the process of boarding school placement. Assisting in the application process, interviewing students, and meeting with parents is a process that I am all too familiar with. My job is to work with you, and the schools to find the best fit for everyone in creating an experience in a school you will be most successful in.
