The first step is getting in touch with a representative from GESP to help navigate the process of applying to a boarding school.
GESP then helps streamline the process of gaining acceptance to one of the 400 boarding schools in the United States by focusing on the student’s level of English, their grades, the student’s level of athletics and the affordability of going to a boarding school.
Those four factors, plus several others ascertained by GESP staff about a student’s potential life or professional goals, extracurricular interests or activities, etc., help in providing the best three school choices for the student.
After the student interview, the student and their family will put their Finacial Aid form, Duolingo, and transcript in a Google folder.
Once GESP staff has assessed all the information and provided the best potential fits, the family should then notify the GESP staff member they are working with of their top choices and fill out inquiry forms before completing the last step of submitting an application.
